Click Tools, Internet Options, General tab, Settings button next to Tabs. Click on "Warn me when closing multiple tabs", click OK. Next time you close out your browser, you'll get a warning box asking if you want to close all tabs. Click on "Open these the next time I use Explorer". All those tabs will then open.
