ok well this isnt really an answer, but why dont u just use multiple windows? the taskbar thingy at the bottom of ur screen (where u can minimize/maximize stuff) works just like a tab system, really i think adding a special feature for tabs in a browser is retarded, i cant think of any advantages firefoxes tabbed browsing has over my IE tab like browsing

How to delete IE 7?

1.Open Start %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; Add / Remove Programs. If you can't see any such icon in the Control Panel, then click where it reads 'Switch to Classic View', and then open Add / Remove Programs.

2.Make sure that 'Show Updates' is selected.

It seems to go and come, sometimes continuous logging in and out and "click here" if game applet doesn't open, results in you making it in. But it's most definitely the games server for yahoo.

It is important to have the new IExplore, since your core system runs off your IE, but bad news...when you install it...it validates your copy of XP....so you have no choice but to go around unprotected until you can manage to get a valid copy of windows...(P.S. Try Linux, you can get 'Live CD's that require no install, you can boot your computer with one in the drive, and when you take the disc out and reboot...your computer is EXACTLY how it was before you used the disc( Try http://www.slax.org) there are many others) Hope I helped :D Best of Luck!!!!

I'll do my part to help you achieve this effect, but not before I suggest that perhaps you should not. I know you think it would be cute, but from my experience as a photographer as well as the people I know that do wedding photography, that is not something that is desired by the bride in most cases. And will not look as good as you may think it would, given the subject of the shoot. But, if you want to know how to do it, I will explain it to you. Don't say no one ever warned you, though. You need to use layering, in simple terms, leave the original image [remember to back it up before you edit it] as the first layer and create another on top. This can be achieved by going into the image menu under layers [photoshop 7]. After creating the second layer, desaturate it under the same menu. Then use a medium eraser brush and erase the desaturated region you want to be colored of the top layer to reveal the color of the bottom or first layer. Viola! Be sure to increase the zoom or magnification to at least 200% to make sure you get it right, pixel by pixel and you should be fine. Remember photoshops history pane because if you mess up, you can just go back a couple of steps and start over [something you will no doubt do several times, but it'll be ok]. Your IE browser cannot be hacked by Mozilla. Let me repeat that: your IE browser CANNOT be hacked by Mozilla. Saying Mozilla hacked your IE browser is like saying your car made your toaster stop working.

What happened is you went to some unscrupulous web site using IE and that site gave you a "gift" of spyware. (While you CAN get the same things in Mozilla Firefox, it is much less likely - like 500 times less likely) Before you say "I didn't download anything", note that most spyware you pick up is installed in the background without your knowledge or it is installed with other programs (such as LimeWire or BearShare or the like).

Download, install and run "Spybot - Search %26amp; Destroy". Delete any spyware objects found. Then reboot your system. If you still have the same issues, download install and run "HiJack This!" - but be careful! HiJack This! is very much a tool to be run by someone who knows what they are doing. theres a star in the upper left hand corner. Its hard to find because its small and internet explorer changed their format around!
If they really are gone, try opening up My Computer/Local Disk/Windows/Favorites. They might be in there.

In the future, save them by importing them all into Yahoo Bookmarks! I also have all mine on my My Yahoo! page, so that I can access them from any computer.

I also take 5 HTP for depression and it has worked very well without unwanted side effects that I previously experienced with prescription anti-depressants. I have also tried St. Johns Wort for over a year and didn't get very good results with it either. I have been taking 50 mg of 5 HTP every other day for over a year now and will definately stick with it over anything else. I also would recommend a good exercise program, a good quality multi-vitamin/mineral supplement , along with Omega 3's.

I occasionally take tyrosine also. Helps when I am feeling depressed with little to no energy.

I just d/l IE7 just yesterday and love it a lot already. The new toolbar is very efficient. Every thing is at your fingertips. It is easy to switch between web pages and have many pages open and not clog up the task bar. Cause they get saved up there where the back and forward arrows are. You can even turn the status bar off and on with just a click.. Not hidden any more. Large or small Icons for the people who cant see like me.. Hehe... Well I like Yahoo and I am always open to new ways and I am sure I will find many more things today... :)

I don't think it's so much being forced onto computers as it is being highly marketed and advertised. It's just the new thing and naturally, after spending the money to develop and produce it they want to sell it.
even if it's forced onto the computers, u don't NEED to use it. There's plenty of other free browsers out there: Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, Netscape, and SeaMonkey to name a few.

My personal favorites are firefox and opera. I moved away from IE a long time ago. Microsoft thinks they own the net and refuse to conform to web standards (W3C), and want people to conform to them by forcing IE onto ur computer.

It depends on what you like. If you prefer security and tend to get spyware a lot on your computer, go with Firefox. If you prefer functionality and know what to download and what not to download, go with IE as many websites work in IE that don't work in Firefox (for example, Yahoo Music Videos) Also, if you want tabbed browsing in IE, download the MSN toolbar from www.msn.com.
By far, Firefox is superior in every way. I have been using Firefox for a really long time now and have not found anything that IE does better.

Firefox isn't perfect, however when a problem is found, the development team fixes the bug in days or weeks...not months like Microsft seems to take.

Also: Last major version of Firefox 1.5 just came out. Last major version of Firefox before that came out sometime this year. Last major version of IE came out a few YEARS ago. Microsoft doesn't care about fixing their browser as people will use it anyway because they are familiar with it. That is why all other major browsers have to make theirs look similiar to IE otherwise people won't give it much of a chance before giving up on it.

Best advice - DONT! try another browser such as firefox from mozilla.

Even then, if you cant download it probably is something other than your IE that is stopping you. try having a look at the security settings on your firewall/security system to start.

If you really HAVE to reinstall IE, and you have windows XP follw the following guidelines:

Method 1: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x Repair for Windows XP

From the Start menu, select Run.

In the Open field, type sfc /scannow (Note: There is a space between sfc and /scannow)

Select the OK button.

Follow the prompts throughout the System File Checker process.

Reboot the computer when System File Checker completes.

Method 2: Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x Repair for Windows XP

From the Start menu, select Search, select All Files and Folders.

If you have Windows XP you can't fix it. Go back to using IE 6.

It could be that you downloaded something funky - trying scanning your system first.

It could also be that you've installed IE7 and it's not working correctly for you - this happens with some programs, for whatever reason. You could uninstall IE7 from add/remove (via control panel) and see if by reverting back to IE6, it'll resolve your issue. If not; you can always re-download IE7.

Incase you had installed IE7beta 1 (the exclusive review of which we did here) and now are sick of it (in which case i might add you are not a minority) or if you want to make use of windows update(Windows Update can't seem to properly render on IE7beta1) then here is a small easy way for you to uninstall IE7 and get back to good old IE6 (hmm ok remove that good part )

Needless to say that if you go to add remove program you won't see anything. You go to add/remove windows components again there is option to completely uninstall IE but not just IE7.

Ok so here is how you do it -

start-%26gt;control panel-%26gt;add remove programs-%26gt;at the top check "show updates" radio box-%26gt;scroll down in the list-%26gt;you will see IE7 listed, uninstall that, restart and you are on IE6

Now go back to opera/ff

Start%26gt;Programs%26gt;Start Menu, delete the shortcut for IE in there. If your computer is trying to dial a connection without you, Go to the Internet Options%26gt;Connections Tab%26gt; and select "Never Dial a Connection".

Note: I don't like to tell people to delete anything accept for a shortcut. A shortcut will be an icon with a small white square in the bottom left corner with a black arrow on it. In the programs group there are none of these symbols. If you try to delete something and it is a shortcut, it will ask if you want to delete this shortcut. If its a program, it will ask if you want to delete this, its a program. You should answer no in this case.

Check to see if it's in your start menu. You should have a "startup" option in programs. Once you locate it, if IE is there, you should be able to right click on it and delete it from your startup group. Hope that helps!

In addition to running your anti-virus, I suggest you download Ad-Aware SE and Spybot S%26amp;D (they鈥檙e free), install them, update them and run them. If they don't seem to be able to get rid of everything they report finding, try running them again, this time in Safe Mode. Safe Mode prevents many instances of malware from loading and protecting itself against deletion of its files.

Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.

To get into Safe Mode:

1.Log out and reboot your machine.

2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

3.Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu.

4.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. You won't be able to see the Internet, for instance. You may have to log in as Administrator to delete the bad files. Administrator often has no password.

5.When you're finished, log out and reboot back into normal mode.

Update and run both regularly, along with a good anti-virus package.

check off and while there,click--hold--drag slider to 5% and recover 10% hard drive memory

control panel--internet options--general

delete:

cookies--history [ and set days to keep to 0 ]--delete temp internet files

privacy tab:

advanced--override--allow session,allow 1st party--BLOCK 3rd party [ spyware/tracking ] cookies

Recycle Bin

click on recycle bin and empty it

right click recycle bin--select properties--drag slider to 3% to recover 10% R.A.M. or disk drive memory.

Disk Clean:

choose DISK DRIVE [ C ] to clean,wait,click ok [ twice ]

You have downloaded a program that contains spyware or adware. The spyware or adware has been removed but the program requires the spyware to be installed in order to run, without it you will get the Run Time error. This program runs on startup so you will have to uninstall the program that had the spyware associated with it. Run Msconfig from the Start %26gt; Run window and turn off the progam that you downloaded, or uninstall the program.

Using Vista on a home wireless network, Dynamic IPs. Power cycling the router is the only thing that seems to fix it. I'm all for individual mediation. If two parties (regardless of religion) can get together and work something out without bringing the courts and judge in, that's even better.

If a member of your church wants to have their dispute settled in court rather than in your church that that is their right as a citizen. No, IE7 is about 8th on the fastest browsers list. I recommend switching to Safari for Windows or Firefox. It may also be your computer or internet connection speed! Consider getting a RAM upgrade or switching to high speed internet!

Have you been stroking on the keyboard?
If there are any toolbard in your IE that are not needed that could slow it down, really all you need is 1 toolbar. Also if you clear all your history, cookies and all, it should perform better.

If those don't help open up IE and task manager at the same time and see if there are any unneeded processes running, other than that just clear up programs you don't use or any other excess files.

The great thing about Firefox is that it's got a vast library of add-ons that are developed by the public. have you tried to call Pete with the Vin.number ? they should be able to tell you that info. i would not buy a rad. from them they are too much money. ma be you can send the rad out to be repaired or cleaned if the core is OK. depending on where you live i know of a good rad. shop, we use them for all of our work. at least they are honest people and a mom and pop shop.

Umm well to me im kinda getting the idea that you think this pill is some sort of birth controll because its not. I think you need to start making some smarter choices...i mean if you dont want to get pregnant you need to be on some sort of birth controll or use protection. I am not going to repeat what others have said about your use of the abortion pill-although I do agree, but am not posting to judge you or lecture you(although I'd like to :). Aside from what my personal opinion is you need to talk to a health professional. There are risks involved for continually taking the abortion pill. You can get a few boxes of condoms or a birthcontrol injection for the cost of the morning after pill. Do a google search of planb and you should be able to have many questions answered there. I dont not believe that you will be able to take the pill now to terminate this pregnancy. On thing you really should think about is this-should you end this pregnancy now and then actually try to concieve in a few years when you are ready-what happens if you are unable to have a child-are you ready to handle the emotional feelings you may have b/c there could have been the possibility that taking the morning after pill so many times caused you unable to become pregnant. unit cost will change with economies of scale........usually falls down.......for example, if you were to build a factory to produce, cars, and you only make one car....the unit cost would be high...,now if you made 1000 cars....it would be lower.....if you made 2000 cars, well, lower again....

Why does microsoft mess around with my computer like this? It must have been an automatic download that did it. They took away that tiny icon and put a larger icon on my desktop. I cannot drag the large one down onto the tool bar because a big X shows up. I used that tiny icon all the time.

Any suggestions?

Go to C:\ Documents and Settings\ %26lt;your username%26gt;\ Application Data\ Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\ Quick Launch. (If you're using Vista, replace "Documents and Settings" with "Users"). Right-click in an empty part of the folder and select New %26gt; Shortcut. Type "C:\ Program Files\ Internet Explorer\ IEXPLORE.EXE" for the shortcut path; click Next and type "Internet Explorer" for the name. Click Finish; you should have an Internet Explorer icon in your quick launch area.

Another way is to create a shortcut to IEXPLORE.EXE using the above method and dragging it to the quick launch bar. Or, you could right-click-drag the Internet Explorer icon off the desktop and onto the quick launch bar and choose "Create Shortcut Here".

right click in a blank part of the tool bar between icons and choose customise notification icons
do you mean at the bottom just right of the Start button? if so this is your quick launch tool bar.

This behavior can occur if the following registry value is set to 0x0000:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER .. SOFTWARE .. Microsoft .. Windows .. CurrentVersion .. Policies .. Explorer .. ClassicShell

This registry value is often set to 0x0000 when the Microsoft TweakUI Power Toy utility is used to disable Microsoft Internet Explorer.

To resolve this issue, delete the following registry value, log off, and then log on to the computer:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER .. SOFTWARE .. Microsoft .. Windows .. CurrentVersion .. Policies .. Explorer .. ClassicShell

(note -- i have used .. instead of \ because yahoo changes this to short hand)
